Diatomaceous earth is a highly efficient filtration material, filtering water down to 2 to 5 microns. This system easily traps ultra-fine dust, pollen, and algae that pass straight through traditional sand or cartridge filters, delivering a clear pool with fewer chemical corrections. With a high-flow rating of 96 GPM, it provides an 8-hour turnover capacity of 46,080 gallons.

Constructed from durable, glass-reinforced thermoplastic, the corrosion-proof filter tank halves are secured by a heavy-duty clamp. This allows fast internal access to the grid assembly without disconnecting any hard plumbing. This filter model comes complete with a high-flow multiport backwash valve, allowing you to easily flush out trapped dirt and reverse-clean the system with a quick turn of the handle.
