2.1 No Returns Policy: Effective from 8/31/2023, Swimming Pool Discounters operates under a strict "No Returns" policy. This means that we do not accept any returns or exchanges for products purchased from our online store.

Cancellations of parts or accessories prior to shipping will incur a 5% credit card fee and 30% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy / Fees for Swimming Pools, Heaters & Decks:
We do not accept returns on pool packages, heaters or decks.
In case of missing or damaged items, we are happy to work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied and are able to enjoy your new merchandise. Please contact us with any questions or here or call 1-888-438-7665.
Layaway Cancellations (Pools, Heaters & Decks):
All layaway orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee applied to the amount of the plan that has been paid to date.
Swimming Pool, Pool Heaters and Deck Orders (Freight):
Swimming Pools, Heaters & Decks are subject to a 30% restocking fee and a 5% credit card fee if it has been cancelled and not yet shipped. An order is considered shipped if it has been pulled, assembled on the pallet, shrink wrapped and awaiting pick up from the freight company.
Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, no cancellations are allowed. If delivery is refused, you will be responsible for all shipping cost to and from our warehouse plus 30% of the cost of the merchandise restocking fee and 5% credit card charge.
Special Order Pools: There is no cancellation on Special Order Pools - which include AquaSports, Discount Semi-Inground, Discount Super Steel Inground Pool Kits, and HHI Pool Bundles. These pools are all ordered directly from the manufacture and are special made.
