How Our Free Layaway Program Works

Our layaway program is available for swimming pools and pool packages, pool heaters, and Connect-a-Decks. It is a free service with no credit checks, no financing fees, and no hidden costs. Just an easy way to reserve your product and pay over time with monthly installments.

Why Use Layaway?

The biggest reason customers use our layaway program is to secure their pool before it sells out and lock in the current price before peak season increases. Many of our customers start a layaway plan in the fall or winter so their pool is paid off and ready to ship in time for summer. It is the smartest way to plan ahead and avoid the rush.

The most important thing to know: Your order does not ship until your final payment is received. Once your plan is paid in full, your order goes onto our shipping schedule and is on its way to you.

Getting Started is Simple

Add your items to the cart.
Build your order with the pool, heater, deck, or package you want. When you are ready, head to your cart page.
Click the "Layaway with 10% Down" button.
Instead of the regular checkout button, you will see a blue button that says "LAYAWAY WITH 10% DOWN". Click that to start your layaway plan.
Create your Partially account.
After clicking the button, you will be redirected to Partially, the payment platform we partner with to handle layaway plans. You will need to create an account with your email and a password. Please remember your login info. Swimming Pool Discounters does not have access to your Partially password, so you will need it to log in and manage your plan.
Choose your payment schedule.
On Partially, you will select how many months you want to spread out the remaining balance. Your 10% down payment reserves your product at the current price.
Make your monthly payments.
Partially will automatically process your payments on the schedule you selected. You can log into your Partially account at any time to make extra payments, adjust your payment schedule, or update your payment method.
Final payment received? You are on the schedule.
Once your balance is paid in full, your order moves onto our shipping queue. Shipping times vary depending on the time of year, but most freight orders ship within a few business days. During our busiest season, it may take a little longer.
Get your tracking info and schedule delivery.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The freight carrier will then call you to schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is closer to your area.

Please note: Some swimming pools and heaters have seasonal shipping dates, which are listed on the product page. If your product has a specific availability date, your order will ship once the balance is paid in full and the product becomes available.

About the Shipping Agreement

If your order includes a swimming pool, pool heater, or Connect-a-Deck, you will receive a Shipping Agreement via email (through SignRequest) within about 10 minutes after checkout. When does my order ship?

What is Partially?

Partially is the payment platform we partner with to manage layaway plans. When you place a layaway order, you will create a separate account with Partially using your email and a password. This is where all of your payment activity is managed. You can log in anytime at partial.ly/login.

Does my down payment lock in the price?

Yes! Your down payment reserves your product at the current listed price, even if the price changes while you are making payments.

What if I need to cancel my layaway order?

We understand that plans can change. Please be aware that layaway cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. If you need to cancel, reach out to our team and we will walk you through the process.

I did not receive my Shipping Agreement email. What do I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. The Shipping Agreement is sent through SignRequest and sometimes lands there. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will get it resent right away.
