This filter features a patented Flex-Tube assembly paired with a built-in "Bump" handle. When dirt builds up and slows down your water flow, simply moving the bump handle up and down cleans the filter tubes uniformly. This reuses the active D.E. powder and extends the duration of your filtration cycle before you need to replace the media, saving you time and hundreds of gallons of treated pool water.
