Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why is an aluminum pool better for a salt water generator?
A: Traditional steel pools run the risk of rust if salty water makes contact with scratches on the wall. Because the Buckingham uses a heavy-gauge aluminum wall paired with an all-resin support frame, it is completely rust-proof and entirely salt-friendly.
Q: How does the $300 local warehouse pickup discount work?
A: Simply select the "Local Warehouse Pickup" option at checkout instead of freight shipping. A full $300.00 credit will automatically apply to your invoice before finalizing your order.
Q: Are the plumbing skimmer and return fittings included in the kit?
A: The aluminum pool wall is precision pre-punched for standard skimmer and return sizes to make your DIY installation incredibly easy. Check your selected filtration bundle at checkout to confirm exact pump and filter hardware inclusions.
Q: Does the listed price include delivery fees?
A: Yes, standard home freight shipping costs are fully built into our listed price. Please note that an extra liftgate unloading service fee may apply if requested during curbside transit drop-offs.
