ANSWER : Closeout could mean a special volume or limited quantity discount from a manufacturer or distributor.
It could mean an item that was not popular in style or size that has been in our warehouse for over a year.
Equipment closeouts could also be new reconditioned unit with full factory warranty.
A closeout could be a color mismatch between the frame and the wall. Or It could mean a discontinued product sold “as is”.
