I AM PICKING UP MY POOL AT THE STORE, WHAT DO I DO?
To schedule a pool pick-up call 412-821-4436 MONDAY thru Thursday 9 AM- 4:30PM EST – all customers must provide their Pool Size, Liner Type and Pool Type. We will need at least a 2 day advance notice, however if he day you are requesting is booked we will give you the next available opening.
NO SUNDAY PICK-UPS
ALL POOLS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE PICK-UP.
OPEN AND READ THE PACKING LIST THAT IS PROVICED WITH YOUR SHIPMENT AND COMPARE IT TO THE CONTENTS OF THE PALLET MAKING SURE EVERYTHING HAS ARRIVED. IF YOU FIND ANY BOXED ARE MISSING YOU MUST CONTACT US AT 1-888-GET-POOL WITH IN 72 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR POOL. AFTER 72 HOURS YOUR POOL ORDER IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND SHIPPED IN FULL. NO OTHER REPLACEMENT BOXES WILL BE SENT AT OUR EXPENCE.
IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBLITY TO INVENTORY THE PARTS OF THE POOL AGAINST THE MANUFACTUERS PACKING LIST. WE WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS IS DONE BEFORE 10 DAYS OF INSTALLATION. THIS PROCEDURE NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED EVEN IF YOU DECIDE TO INSTALL THE POOL MONTHS AFTER TAKING POSSESSION. SWIMMING POOL DISCOUNTERS WILL ASSIST YOU WITH ANY MISSING PARTS UP TO 90 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE POOL, HOWEVER WE MAY NOT HAVE THE PARTS YOU NEED AND THE FACTORY MAY NEED TO SEND YOU THE PARTS DIRECT, THIS SOMETIMES TAKES UP TO 3 WEEKS OR MORE, SO PLEASE CHECK EVERYTHING ASAP!
