6″ Steel Bottom Plate

BOTTOM PLATE FOR MIGHY SUN OR ASAHI POOLS

This part fits on 6″ steel frames. It is used on both the top and bottom of the pool. This style of joint which utilizes a 5/8 inch rail (or track). It measures 4″ 1/2″ wide, 3″ 1/8″ deep and 5/8″ tall.

Be aware, that newer pools (2010 & newer) use resin joints. This steel joint is interchangeable with resin joint (part #2168 instead of the upper joint of the pool or part #2268 for the lower joint) if you wish. Resin joints have an advantage because they are corrosion resistant. Steel joints have an advantage because they can bend without cracking.
