RUGGED CONSTRUCTION. Our durable 6” top rails and 6″ uprights provides a heavy duty structure for many years of service. Deluxe resin seat covers gives the RG-5000 a sleek modern and long lasting look.
CRYSTEX® AND ENAMEL COATED. All metal parts of our RG-5000 are protected by CRYETEX® coat. Also used is a combination of zinc and aluminum coating on all metal parts to give them superior corrosion resistance when compared to other similarly priced pools. RG-5000 will not chip, fade, rust or peel and is designed to look as good ten years from now as it does today.
Pool also features an extra CROMIC SEAL coating for all weather usage and extra heavy frame that will take all weather conditions anywhere in the country. This coating provides incredibly long lasting protection and added resistance from scratching and damaging UV rays. This process will give you years of carefree service.
Walls Are corrugated for increase durability and resistance to impact and ice damage.
Brace System RG-5000 pools can only be ordered in standard braced system.
Liner is 100% virgin vinyl, and strong double-welded seams will withstand winter’s worst.
UP GRADE TO A MOLECULAR WELDED LINER $59.90
Manufactured by using a high-frequency molecular welds in its fabrication produces a seal that is stronger then the material itself!
High-Frequency Welds are normally only used for custom in-ground liners costing thousands of dollars!
With the introduction of molecular welding of plastic products, more laser energy will be delivered to the sheeting that makes up the liner and will translate into a superior seam.
Because of the relative newness and cost of this new process, there are only a limited number of manufactures that are using this new technology, its use is mainly focused in the automotive and aircraft industries.

GALFAN COATING PROTECTION
Walls are all finished with a GALFAN finish. GALFAN is a metal based material that is used in heavy-duty industries, like the automobile industry. It stands up to the regular wear and tear with a unique balance of malleability and sturdiness.
GALFAN coating feature excellent corrosion resistance. GALFAN coating is produced on both-sided in a continuous hot-dip coating process, it provides corrosion protection for areas of exposed areas, and offers full corrosion protection because of it’s low-friction and tightly bonded coating.
Hardness of GALFAN coating that is composed of 95% zinc and 5% aluminum, has a eutectic structure leading it excellent ductility and thin intermetallic layer at the coating interface guarantees excellent coating adhesion.
GALFAN was developed around 1980 at the Centre de Recherche’s Metallurgies (CRM) in Belgium under the sponsorship of The International Lead Zinc research Organization (ILZRO)
